We take great pride in introducing the FIRST EVER London Gaana Brunch!

We’ve had bottomless brunches, hip hop themed brunches, garage brunches, reggae brunches but no Gaana infused brunch – we are bringing this unique South Asian event to you!

Your favourite Gaana & urban tunes… one hour of unlimited cocktail (dependant on venue and event logistics) and tasty dishes from food stalls on a pay as you go basis…. Entertainment… Dancing all day… the question isn’t why, it’s why not!

This entertaining, fun and unique daytime event includes…

An hour of bottomless cocktails upon arrival)
Tasty delectable food stalls
Entertainment (special performances, DJs spinning the bangers, Gaana + urban karaoke, professional photographers, magicians, a Gaana themed photobooth and much more)
A unique Gaana experience
Shisha will be available depending on venue

From 12pm (noon) to 5pm or 1pm to 6pm at a secret London club venue… (please check our website or our social media for specific event details regarding the event you are interested to attend)

Don’t worry, we’ll release venue details through email directly to the ticket buyers a week before the event so you have plenty of time to plan your afternoon and night ahead!

Covid-19:

Please be aware of the following additional conditions following government guidelines:

ID:
All guests attending the venue must have a form of ID (Driving Licence, Passport, or Pass Card) if they do not have ID they will be refused entry.

Household Mixing:
All bookings must be from the same household/bubble/student accommodation with a maximum of 6 people per table. Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a disclaimer stating that you are from the same household/bubble. This is required otherwise entry will not be permitted.

Track & Trace
All guests are advised to download the NHS COVID 19 app which they will need to use upon entry. This is required, otherwise, entry will not be admitted.

All attendees are required to stay on their tables seated for the duration of the event. Dancing and shouting are not permitted.

As per the new government guidelines, hospitality venues can still host larger numbers in total but groups of up to 6 must not mix or form larger groups. (Source: GOV.UK)

If you are a party of 6 and over, you will either have to reduce the size of your party OR be aware that your party will be separated into different tables of a maximum of 6 people.

Face Coverings
Customers in hospitality venues must wear face coverings, except when seated at a table to eat or drink. Staff in hospitality and retail will now also be required to wear face coverings (from 24 September).
People who are already exempt from the existing face covering obligations, such as because of an underlying health condition, will continue to be exempt from these new obligations.
Guidance stating that face coverings and visors should be worn in close contact services will now become law (from 24 September).
Businesses
Businesses selling food or drink (including cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants), social clubs, casinos, bowling alleys, amusement arcades (and other indoor leisure centres or facilities), funfairs, theme parks, adventure parks and activities, and bingo halls, must be closed between 10pm and 5am. This will include takeaways but delivery services can continue after 10pm (from 24 September).
In licensed premises, food and drink must be ordered from, and served at, a table.
Customers must eat and drink at a table in any premises selling food and drink to consume on site (from 24 September).
Businesses will need to display the official NHS QR code posters so that customers can ‘check-in’ at different premises using this option as an alternative to providing their contact details once the app is rolled out nationally (from 24 September).
Businesses and organisations will face stricter rules to make their premises COVID Secure (from 28 September)
Businesses must remind people to wear face coverings where mandated.

We have taken precautions to keep both our customers & our staff safe at The Gaana Brunch.

Upon arrival at the venue, you will be asked to take part in a mandatory temperature check with a thermometer.

We require all customers to fill out a form with their name, email, address, and mobile number. We require a valid government-certified photo ID to cross-check with your details. Due to government guidelines, the data collected will be used for track & trace and kept on file for 21 days.

We advise all customers to wear a mask whilst attending the venue and hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the venue.

Customers are required to remain in their allocated area in the venue and drink orders will be taken by a member of staff or management.

Customers are required to let a member of staff or management know when they require a cigarette.

Customers will have access to bathrooms one person at a time & this will be monitored by a member of staff.

(Please check symptoms) 10 days before the event, please note if you have any symptoms we will be unable to take your booking however if you have already purchased a ticket / or have a reservation, we will be able to rebook you in for a future date.

Please note if you have purchased tickets for an upcoming event, and the event has to be postponed, we will not be offering refunds, however, we will be able to transfer your tickets to a new date.

If these guidelines are not met to The Gaana Brunch standards, management retains the right to refuse service entry to the venue.

Gaana Brunch events are kept secret until the week before the event, those who have made purchases will be emailed directly with their registered email address. So please make sure you give us your correct email adress when purchasing a ticket/s. All events are in London, unless stated otherwise.

Yes, we can cater for all major dietary requirements including gluten intolerance, dairy intolerance, vegetarians, and vegans. We will need a minimum of 7 days notice for any dietary requirements

All sale tickets are non-refundable, the venue withold the right to refuse entry.

Over 21s, please bring valid ID with you.

Whatever you please! Whether that is glamourous, casual smart or Gaana glamour. Strictly no balaclavas and masks allowed!

Tables are not for sale, seating is allocated according to group size and tables may be removed after the food service is completed to create room for dancing and fun! Please note some tables may be shared with other guests as we are all here to attend the same event and venture out on the same fun!

Whilst we try and ensure everyone has a go at karaoke, performances are chosen at random, and please note that sometimes there isn’t enough time for everyone to let their inner Gaana shine!

Yes, you will be offered a soft drink, please ask one of your hosts when you arive at the brunch

For health and safety purposes, we recommend anyone more than 6 months to not attend any Gaana Brunch Events

Our DJ will do a special shoutout for the birthday guys and girls! You are welcome to bring your own cakes with candles/sparklers, and we will ensure our staff will bring them out. We suggest no cream and fresh cakes as we cannot guaratee access to a fridge.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase. Occasionally (especially in the current climate) events may be postponed or rescheduled and by purchasing tickets you agree that as an organiser we may ask you to attend at a different date and set refund limitations. This does not affect your statutory rights.

They only qualify for a transfer as we do not refund tickets Please note, that tickets can only be transferred within the time frame suggested which ticket buyers will be notified of in email, if not transferred within that time frame- they lose validity.

We cannot allow guests to mix with other tables. You must observe social distancing and stay at least 1 metre away from other guests.
All guests will need to fill in their details in the Track and Trace app provided by the venue if applicable.
There will be hand sanitiser stations situated around the venue. We require all our guests to make use of these.

We require all our guests to carry a mask with them at all times and use when requested.
We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or the venue who aren’t adhering to the Health and Safety Guidelines for events listed on our website on the day of the event.
